Our Purchase Policy is designed to provide you with the information you need to ensure a smooth transaction and trouble-free retrieval of your tickets once you get to the theatre. Sri Sakthi sells tickets on behalf of our Theatre partners. We do not set ticket prices, determine show times or control ticket availability and inventory. You are liable to pay applicable taxes in connection with purchase of your tickets on Sri Sakthi .

Tickets purchased on Sri Sakthi are subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.

Sri Sakthi accepts only MasterCard and Visa. We will accept the following VISA Debit Cards.

Be Prepared to Present Your Credit Card and Your Picture ID as the theatres may possibly REQUIRE that you present the actual credit card used to purchase tickets on Sri Sakthi and the number printed on the card must match the number stored for your transaction.

Movie tickets sold online through Sri Sakthi are done so on a no returns, exchange or cancellation basis. Refunds of the ticket price or the convenience charges thereof will not be issued for any reasons whatsoever. By completing your transaction by clicking on the Purchase Now button, you are accepting this policy. Please select your movie carefully and double check that the session and ticket information contained under the You have Selected heading is correct to prevent you being out of pocket.

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on Sri Sakthi or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: Sri Sakthi will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site.

If A show is cancelled or postponed by the theaters for reasons whatsoever, it is not the responsibility of Sri Sakthi to refund or compensate you in any manner. It is up to sole discretion of the theatre owners to either return the ticket cost or give you tickets for next available show date and time.

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the same form your booking history or with the Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Sri Sakthi will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the Indian Sensor board. Please check the censor warning before buying the tickets. Children below the age of 18 will not be allowed entry for an “A” rated movie. Also please check for any additional restrictions imposed. By purchasing a ticket, you represent that you are of an age permitted to purchase a ticket pursuant to the relevant classification for the film, and agree that theatres have the right to request proof of age identification.

Our multiplex partners have a policy of buying tickets for children 3 years and above. If your children are younger than 3 years, you are welcome to carry them in your arms however; children who are 3 years and older children will need separate tickets.

From time to time Sri Sakthi may use techniques designed to identify fraudulent activities on the Site, such as fraudulent credit card use. You agree to cooperate with such efforts as Sri Sakthi in its sole discretion deem necessary. You further agree that if for any reason you or others acting upon your behalf are suspected of fraud or any other breach of these terms, Sri Sakthi may terminate your right to access and use the Site.

When purchasing tickets on Sri Sakthi you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each movies per transaction. Please verify this number before you proceed to purchase the tickets.

Please read your online and email confirmation pages carefully, as they provide you with important information about retrieving your tickets that may be unique to your chosen theatre. The confirmation pages and email have your confirmation number. Take your confirmation number with you to the theatre. Be Prepared to Present Your Credit Card and/or your Picture ID.

Sri Sakthi offers multiple delivery options. The options may vary from for different movies. Currently the following delivery options are available:

• Email confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email. This confirmation needs to be printed and shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket.
• SMS confirmation:: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an SMS. The SMS details need to be shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket.
